General terms concerning all the residence properties:

1. All properties are self-catering accomodations. All are self-construction in concrete with a private outdoor space. They all have at least a kitchen, a living-room, from one to four bedrooms, a terrace. Some are located under the pine forest, some are among oak trees.
2. They all are situated less than fifty hundreds meters from the Palombaggia beach and lead to the Palombaggia beach by a direct private access.
3. During the higher season (from june to september), we only rent for whole weeks and from saturday at 17:00 PM to saturday 09:00 AM. Please, ask us if it does not suit you.
4. Our rental prices include elecricity, heat, gas and cleaning charges as well as visitor's tax.
5. Bedlinens and towels are generally not furnished. They can be rent at reception.
6. Each property requires a booking deposit to be booked. The amount of the booking deposit is equal to 30% of the total rental price.
7. For each property, the balance payment is due on the arrival day with a variable security-deposit.
8. Pets are normally not admitted (ask us about it)

General procedure to perform a booking:

1. If you want to book a property, you first must send us an e-mail to upasturacciu@free.fr. It is a provisionnal reservation. Into this mail, you must state:

• Who you are: firstname, name, adress, phone number, cellular number, e-mail adress
• How many people you are with name and age.
• What property or what kind of property you want to book
• The period you want to book

2. As soon as we receive your provisionnal reservation e-mail, we will send you by e-mail (if we have availabilities) a holiday contract (in french) that you must send back to the stated adress in two exemplaries, filled and signed with the mention in french "lu et approuvé" that means "read and agreed". Since the day we have sent you the contract, we will wait for four (4) working days the return of the contract and the booking deposit payment. The provisional reservation may be cancelled after the four (4) days have elapsed if we do not receive the signed holiday contract with the appropriate payment so please stay in touch with us if there is any delay in the procedure.

3. As soon as we will receive the two exemplaries of the signed holiday contract with the booking deposit, we will send you back by postal mail to your postal adress the second exemplary of your holiday contract with our signature to confirm your booking.

You will find hereafter sample contracts of each property. Notice that only the one in french is used because we depend on the french laws. The one in english is given only for your guidance. Don't hesitate to ask us for any question.
