The "Valintina" is a nice frontbeach villa in a large, natural, protected, quiet, area of ten hectares touching the marvellous Palombaggia beach and its centenarian pines.

In front of the villa , there is a private pool with a huge terrace to spend good summer time.

It is a self-catering villa in a wide wooded private seaside land (25 acres) at the edge of the mediterranean sea. The villa has wonderful view over the sea, is independent and profits by a private access to the marvellous white sandy beach of Palombaggia (territory of the resort town of Porto-Vecchio in south Corsica). Here the nature is really beautiful. You will find calm and beauty and you will practise every activity you wish (golf in Sperone at 20 km, surfcasting, riding, diving juxt next to the villa, yachting, windsurf, etc.).

The property is a seaside house located in the mid-point between the resort-town of Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio in the extreme south of Corsica. It is situated in the very center of the beach spot of Palombaggia and not so far than others beautiful beaches like Santa Giulia Beach, Rondinara Beach, Piantarella Beach and from the 18 holes Sperone Golf.

Notice that the house is divided in two independant parts, each with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom so that it's perfect for two couples with each 2 children. It can also ospitate up to 6 adults but it is not suitable for 8 adults because the fourth bedroom is preferably for children.

Our area will suit people who wants to rest and to relax beacause it is a wide, quiet, natural land by the sea. You will find in the "A Valintina" villa a true resting-place.
